Efficiently measure verbal reasoning skills with this adaptive, Cotan-rated test for selection and advice issues.
Spatial Reasoning is used in selection procedures for functions where spatial insight is important. The test is particularly relevant for technical functions, designers and engineers.
Spatial Reasoning measures the ability to understand spatial relationships and perform mental rotations. The test provides insight into how candidates visualize, rotate and assemble objects. This ability plays an important role in technical, design and analytical functions. The test is less culturally sensitive, so results are more fairly comparable between candidates.
The test was developed by Peter Tellegen (University of Groningen) and meets high scientific standards. The tasks consist of mosaics that must be recreated with puzzle pieces on the screen. The test is easy to take, user-friendly and has limited influence on cultural background. In doing so, Spatial Reasoning offers a reliable measurement of visual-spatial thinking ability.
