Personality Colours is a compact personality questionnaire that provides insight into personal style, qualities and cooperation preferences in one clear color model. The questionnaire was developed based on the Big Five model and presents the results in a practical, recognisable form, specifically intended for coaching, training and organisational development.
Application
Personality Colours provides insight into a candidate's personality and way of working together. This includes qualities, pitfalls, work and communication styles. The questionnaire shows how the candidate is inclined to act and provides advice on how someone should and should not be approached by others. The questionnaire can therefore be widely used, especially as a starting point for personal and professional development. Primary areas are coaching, training and (organizational) development. We do not think this questionnaire is suitable for selection. For that, we recommend the Work-related personality.
Development
Our ambition is to offer a good, reliable and standardized personality questionnaire that provides easy-to-read and useful information to gain insight into personality, cooperation, working styles and communication. To this end, the scientific basis of the Big Five model was combined with a more practical presentation of the results. This view uses the circumplex method, which means looking at combinations of factors.
The results shown in the report are always based on the combinations of the most extreme scores (high or low).
