Discover how strong someone is at processing and interpreting numerical data, or making calculations.
Numerical Reasoning is used for selection and advice issues where numerical insight is important. The test is particularly suitable for functions that require interpretation and processing of numerical data, such as financial, analytical and technical functions. The test can be taken separately or as part of a broader measure of intelligence (Cognitive Ability).
Numerical Reasoning is an adaptive test that automatically aligns the difficulty of the questions to the candidate's level. A correct answer leads to a more difficult question; a wrong answer leads to an easier one. In this way, numerical reasoning ability is determined efficiently and accurately, without too easy or too difficult tasks. The test contains over 200 questions, from which the system selects the most appropriate one each time.
Numerical Reasoning has been positively assessed by the COTAN and offers a scientifically based, adaptive measurement method. The test prevents frustration by matching questions to the candidate's level and provides a reliable result quickly. The report shows an IQ score and compares the candidate with relevant standards groups (from VMBO to WO). Optionally, a customized report can be generated with specific standards groups or without an IQ score.
