Competence Select Profile is used in selection and development processes to gain insight into candidates' competencies. The questionnaire is used by internal and external career advisors, from independent professionals to large organizations. The instrument tests personality and motives against the competencies that are important for a specific job. The advisor can choose from a total of 29 competencies that are included in the report.
